MEAA is the relevant union for all performing artists, entertainment industry technicians and production personnel.
The awards and enterprise agreements which specifically cover production personnel are:

- Offshore Television Commercials Agreement
. These agreements cover most aspects of employment for cast and crew in film and television production. They are binding between SPAA, the employer organisation of the Australian independent film and television production industry, and MEAA. MEAA has separate agreements with Village Roadshow Production Services, located on the Gold Coast, Queensland, and with Fox Studios in Sydney, New South Wales.
