The Archive's Collection Access section provides direct access to the national collection of film, sound and associated documentation materials for audition, production, research and selected private uses, as well as providing a broad general reference service for film and sound research.

Access clients range from film, television, multimedia and sound producers to academics, writers, publishers, students, festival coordinators, related collecting organisations and members of the general public.
